The office personnel was so very understanding and compassionate. She was trying to get the best appointment and kept me informed on the status. The two repairmen were excellent. They went about their job and was very efficient. They removed and installed the new one in record time. I was very impressed with the company and would recommend them to anyone. I would have liked to have a new drip pan but that is a little thing.Service: Water heater installation
