No better place to go for urgent, but not full blown medical emergency! Although I've used them for fairly severe emergencies and they are amazing. Dr Riggs is an absolute angel, as are the nurses and admin. Don't hesitate to go there for help, they make you comfortable and its easy!
Doctors and nurses are great… but we don’t have a copay…yet every time we go here they make us pay a copay of $38 (which we eventually get back from our insurance) after our insurance pays and the system eventually finds the overpayment since our insurance covers it. Very annoying that they insist we pay a copay we DONT have!!!! Other than that they are great!
I have been to Dr Riggs many times when I'm sick and can't get in to see my regular physician. She is always professional, ask and listen's to what is my issues. Always has diagnosed me rt and on way to recovery. At this point I can only get into my LPN...and would rather go to Dr Riggs at UNITY.
