I have been to Dr Riggs many times when I'm sick and can't get in to see my regular physician. She is always professional, ask and listen's to what is my issues. Always has diagnosed me rt and on way to recovery. At this point I can only get into my LPN...and would rather go to Dr Riggs at UNITY.
I have used this urgent care for many years, but the two times I was there the staff was rude I waited 3 1/2 hours. To finally be seen. The was dismissive of my concerns. She handed a script and walked out. I may gotten 2 minutes of her time. Won't come back.
Receptionist have always been rude the whole 3 years I've been coming here. But the doctor's are fantastic! So if you can be patient and put up with the 1 star office staff and look past that, you would love this urgent care. At my most recent visit(on a sat) the receptionist tried telling me they don't see people for mental health visits. Don't you seek help when you're having an anxiety attack and need HELP? Good gracious!! I had to beg her to let me see a doc. And then she didn't seem happy when she found out the doc would see me.
