I came in with a swollen and bruised foot after falling. The MA, James, was very kind. The NP, Warren was so nice and the x-ray tech too. Great experience. Thank you for what you do.

My visit this morning was by far the most pleasant experience I’ve had at an IU facility in a long time. From the front desk gal, to the nurse, doctor, lab tech and X-ray tech……. They were ALL super. It was quick and very professional.

I was seen by doctor Kaitlin Thomas and she’s hands down the best most understanding helpful doctor i’ve ever had!! every other doctor gives me the run around and doesn’t want to listen to my symptoms but she listened to every single one and helped me the most she could and we could use more doctors like that! she went above and beyond and i couldn’t feel more cared for. thank you doctor kaitlin!
