I made an appt online 1 hour in advance on a Sunday...I showed up and was in and out in 20 min with an xray and reading. My foot is broken but they got me in a boot and sent my way.
Back spasms started on Saturday night. In checking for an urgent care to go to in the morning, WellCare was one of the only ones open on Sunday. I made an appointment online and registered online as well. The receptionist was very kind, the nurse who took my information was also very kind and assured me that the doctor was very good and would be able to figure out what was wrong. The doctor/nurse practitioner ? was very good at quickly diagnosing the problem and assured me that I would be fine in a few days. He ordered medication‘s on the spot and told me to start them as soon as they had them filled for me. All in all I couldn’t have expected anything better....read full review
Very helpful, caring, supportive and friendly staff throughout the facility. They treat each patient as an individual and take the time to actually listen to my concerns and will explain what is going to be done during my appointment.
