Everything went very smooth from location, setting appt time, filling out papers online, short wait time. It was the weekend Abs they said they’d call with results but didn’t. So I ended up calling to confirm next steps needed. They were very nice and patient. Still would recommend
The Urgent Care WellNow in Lafayette is one of the best Urgent Care’s I have ever been to. From the cleanliness of the facility and the staff that seem to genuinely care about my medical needs. They were prompt, I didn’t have to sit around and wait to be seen. And their attention to my medicals was thorough. They listened intently to my concerns and addressed every issue allowing me to leave there knowing I received the best medical care I could’ve. Thank you so much my wrist feels better already.
After seeing my regular NP for fluid on my ears, I needed to see someone on a Sunday because it escalated and said NP did not prescribe any antibiotics after reaching out twice for additional next steps when I started having additonal symptoms. My regular NP said to call to schedule first available with a provider in their office and I was like, no thank you, I will go to the WellNow Clinic. Dr. Sara is AMAZING. Provided a prescription which I picked up at CVS 24 Hour Pharmacy in West Lafayette and got some immediate relief by getring on top of it before things really spiraled.
