They tell you exactly whats going on with your pet and give you their best recommended advise. I love it when people are honest with me. They are #1 with me.“

My husband and i tried to get them out but could not get several around the face and paws. I called to see if a technician could help Molly. We got right in and the tech did a great job… all the burrs are gone, no charge, and Molly was such a good girl Thank you Log Cabin… Mimi and Molly?“

7307 W 38th St, Indianapolis“My girlfriend brought in our kitty, who we found abandoned at a very young age. She couldn't have been more than a few weeks old. We had noticed the kitty became extremely lethargic out of the blue, and we knew something wasn't right. They got her in right away with no questions asked. They tried everything they could, but unfortunately, our kitty didn't make it through. My girlfriend was heartbroken, sobbing. The girls helped to console her, and the Dr's told her not to worry about payment. (Which made her start sobbing even more). This was just a reminder that there really are still amazing people out there with big hearts.
To add to it, they sent a card in the mail expressing their condolences, and a few of the ladies even hand wrote their messages on the card.
This is an example of exemplary customer service and a situation where they did what was right and not just collected payment for their services. Thank you all so much!“

7305 E 96th St #100, Indianapolis“Our vet recommended Stauffer Surgical Center for our baby’s ACL tear. We met with the doctor at Stauffer and they took some X-rays. The doctor didn’t feel comfortable performing the surgery because our dog has a history of seizures and they don’t have meds to treat them if she has one after surgery. He referred us to another surgeon who has a doctor on duty 24/7 in the event she has a seizure it can be treated accordingly. Stauffer surgical center did not charge us anything for this consultation. The doctor was very nice and helpful. Highly recommend this place for ACL surgery.“

625 N East St, Indianapolis“Oh my goodness. City Way is truly the most incredible vet I’ve ever been to. They truly go above and beyond and have helped my more reactive/behavioral issue dog be able to get care properly for the first time in his life. They listened about how to approach him and have helped ease him into the process of exams and vaccines. They also break down the price before they complete the services for you and answer any questions so you don’t have to deal with the anxiety of not knowing what to expect. We couldn’t be more grateful for finding them. Thank you team for being so wonderful with Hunter and Oakley!“

“A list of reasons I would recommend BRAC:
1. The clinic is very responsive to what I feel my dog‘s needs are and addresses them quickly.
2. Weekend hours.
3. Everyone is extremely kind.
4. Every vet I have encountered takes time to explain what is going on with my dog, what the options are, and what they recommend doing (and why). I do not ever feel like I’m being talked into extras or things that I do not think will enhance my dog’s life or quality of life.
5. They send reminders via email for vaccine updates. Always helpful for me.
6. In this time of Covid, the curbside drop off/pick up and phone consultations is convenient and smooth.
An extra shout out to Dr. Rice who discussed, at length, my dog’s issue and plan of care with me. She detailed recent evidence about different therapies and was willing to chat with me about the pros and cons of complementary and alternative medicine. Her bedside (or whatever the term would be in the world of veterinary medicine) is exemplar.“
