Great experience. First time there. Staff was very pleasant and understanding with the situation. No judgement when I didn't go with the most expensive treatment option and I appreciated that. Finn is healing well. Empathy and understanding
The genuine compassion and empathy from all of the staff we encountered made our experience significantly better than other emergency vets we've visited. We also loved that the exam rooms include comfort for the owners. The TV, free water/coffee, and credit card vending machines was so helpful. Our time waiting in the exam room was surprisingly good due to these comfort items. We will definitely return if we ever encounter another emergency situation.
Overall the original experience was fantastic. It was speedy, did an amazing job at taking care of my dog when she got a huge gash on her nose. However when her stiches were oozing we called, never got told we could submit a picture online for the vet to look at and we got charged almost 100 dollars for you to realize you put the wrong size cone on her so her nose was not protected. Over all for emergency situations I would highly suggest, the original price for the surgery was very fair!
