Their state-of-the-art 30,000 square-foot facility is equipped with the resources and skilled staff to diagnose and treat various medical, surgical, and emergency conditions. Clients have reported great experiences at IndyVet, praising the staff's pleasant and understanding demeanor, as well as their empathy and lack of judgment when clients choose more affordable treatment options. The facility's comfort features, such as TVs, free water/coffee, and credit card vending machines, have also been appreciated by owners during their visits.
Recent reviews highlight that the staff and doctors are supportive, knowledgeable, and genuinely caring of pets and owners. The team is known for being kind, courteous, and professional, especially in emergency situations. One owner shared that their kitten was treated with kindness and helpfulness, and the pet recovered quickly. However, some concerns were raised about wait times, which are understandable during emergencies, and a less professional interaction with a front desk staff member who made offhand comments that were inappropriate for a healthcare setting. Despite this, overall, IndyVet remains highly recommended for emergency pet needs, thanks to the excellent care provided by the veterinary team.
Very kind and caring staff. When I took my dog to them I thought he might lose his vision. The vet was very knowledgeable about my dog’s issue. The Veterinarian ran some tests and prescribed some antibiotics/medications. My puppy is back to playing with his housemates as usual with no issues.
They took the time to provide the care my pup required. The visit was quick and thorough. Definitely a well oiled machine and every staff member knew their role. It is expensive, but my sweet Hank is feeling much better. I would return if emergency services were needed again.
Dr. Baker is amazing. She was so gentle and caring and actually checked everything on our little Bentley and was able to determine something heartbreaking that we had no idea about.
