My son has a new kitten and we took her to Indy Paws for an initial check-up. The staff and Dr. McGovern were amazing! Everyone was friendly and answered all our questions. I really liked the first year of visits/shots/tests being available in an affordable monthly bundle!
We just moved to Indianapolis and we took our 12 year old chocolate lab to Dr. McGovern. She was very thorough and took great care of our dog. We were impressed overall with the practice and the quality of service.
Staff was friendly when we arrived and there wasn’t an entire room full of animals in the waiting room like at our last vet.
Dr. McGovern was great at explaining everything and while we know/plan for quite a cost owning 2 big dogs who need vaccines, exams, meds, etc- we still don’t want it to break the bank. Indy Paws Vet New Pal was reasonably priced in comparison to other places and the care was AWESOME! We are so glad we made the switch!
