Reviews
I am an employee here and I have never worked with such a tight knit group. A lot of companies claim a family environment but these folk really care about each other. The resources they have available for their customers is incredible. Definitely a full source contractor for all your needs.
Their team did a wonderful job with the water remediation and restoration in my home. After my insurance company put me in contact with their scheduler, they quickly sent a team to inspect and remove the damaged carpet and baseboards in my family room and got everything dried out and treated to prevent mold. They were very professional and gave me detailed explanations of the process and next steps. The Project Manager Chris was very helpful communicating to the insurance company and helped expedite the repairs which turned out great. I appreciate their team and would definitely recommend Kustom to anyone needing those types of services.
