“Several houses in my subdivision had hail damage from a June 2023 storm. I had another company come out and inspect my roof, but their assessment of damage did not have enough detail to satisfy me. My State Farm Agent recommended Chapman Neil, so I called and Matt Federick came out and inspected my roof and found extensive hail damage. He met the State Farm Adjuster and went up on the roof during the inspection to help validate the damage. The claim was approved and Matt came back with a complete sample display of materials and color choices. We liked the samples, so we selected a different color for the roof along with our other choices.

We received a call for the install date and on that day the crew arrived on time and put down protective tarps all around the house. The tear off was completed in just about an hour and it was incredible watching the team coordinate finishing up the cleanup and moving materials up to the roof. All the vents and flashing was replaced and snow/ice shield was installed on the perimeter of the roof and all valleys and the utility penetrations. The team finished up in the afternoon and the workmanship of the installation was impeccable. The cleanup of all old roofing materials was exceptional with no nails or pieces left anywhere.

I installed shingles on several roofs in my younger days and it was a learning experience to watch the crew work so seamlessly and professionally as a team through the whole process. We love the new color of the roof and have gotten several compliments. I would not hesitate to recommend Chap Neil Property Solutions to anyone. Job well done!“

“We recently replaced our ratty vinyl siding with Hardie cement fiber board. We had three contractors provide estimates Re-side was significantly less than the others. Besides the cost David Mills struck us as the most competent and honest. He explained the product and procedures of the project thoroughly and also connected with us on a personal level. The project was completed professionally the only problem was the weather which was rainy. The installation of the siding was very fast and smooth the crew were very competent and cleaned up after themselves. The project went as David has explained and he was was present during the installation. The finish painting was what was impacted by the weather but David explained what was going on and as soon as the weather cooperated the painter showed up and got to work. Jorge and his crew prepped and painted in three days still having to dodge the weather. The end result is a house that was ok is now one of the nicest houses in the neighborhood. We are very proud of our new look and several neighbors have already stopped and complemented it. Overall, David and Re-side are the best, great people to work with and people who do great work.“

“Our house had poorly done siding and Jason was quick to point out the issue at the back of our house where it was sloping down and that we had no insulation. Turns out we didn’t have a supporting beam on that side of the house, so we were lucky that we caught it before it got worse. We did also find some issues with the installation of our roofing. Jason and his teams were thorough and thoughtful about tackling the issues that our house had. He’s worth every bit of his price as he’s proactive in trying to avoid further issues from coming up and he’ll make sure to quote as accurately as possible.“
