Cochran Exteriors

First off I do want to say I recommend this company. We had a great experience with the sales member at first, Dalton, and the crew who installed our siding was professional, respectful and efficient with great craftsmanship!
My only issue is that our siding that was installed was NOT the color we chose from the sample provided.
The color name was the same on the contract and the boxes, but it was MANY shades lighter than the sample provided.
We reached out to the project manager and he directed us back to Dalton in sales, Dalton had no solutions or suggestions to fix the color issue.
So please ask to see the siding IN PERSON before you chose the color so you do not end up like we did.
Now we will have to spend thousands of dollars more to have our brick painted to match the too light siding.

Cochran Exteriors did an excellent job on beautifying my home. The first two pictures are before and the last two are the after. They were really helping at helping me get financial assistance and stayed in contact with me until the end of everything. I recommend them and would use them again.

Cochran was hands-down the best experience I have had with a contractor of any kind, ever. The job was complicated — rebuilding 5 dormers and various areas of wood siding, along with a whole-house paint job. It was a $20K+ job. They did EXACTLY what they said they were going to, when they said they were going to do it, and exactly how they said they were going to do it. The planning was perfect, scheduling was on point, the communication was frequent and clear (texts, phone calls, emails), actual execution of the work was fantastic, and the quality was pretty much flawless. The estimator Beshoy was incredibly knowledgeable, a great communicator, and very confident about what needed to be done. He sent me visual renderings of the work to be done. I always knew where things stood in the project. There were three different project managers involved - Julie, Chris and Mike - each overseeing a different phase of the project and they were on their game. The construction and painting crews were very skilled. I heard frequently from Andrea, the scheduler. They were not the cheapest estimate I got, but I wanted quality and competence and that’s precisely what I got. Worth every dime! Very low stress experience from beginning to end. In my business, that’s what we call ”delighting the customer.” I really didn’t believe you could still find that anywhere. They are the only call I will be making for any future exterior work I need done.
