Anna was so great! She helped figure out exercises that targeted my specific issues and dry needled key areas of my back. Also most importantly taught me great breathing exercises and warmups. “Dr. Katrina changed my life. I cannot recommend her enough! After suffering with SPD pain 6+ months post partum with my 3rd baby my doctor recommended I try physical therapy or get an X-ray for potential surgery to realign my pelvis. My chiropractor recommended Thrive Indy Pelvic Health and Wellness and MY LIFE CHANGED. In less than 6 appointments I went from waking up every hour due to SPD pain, to sleeping through the night (or at least until my baby woke up) without any pain. I wish I would’ve gone to see her after each pregnancy and then immediately after my 3rd. If you are on the fence, BOOK HER! “I would highly recommend Movement Authority! I had been experiencing sciatica pain for around 4 months with the problem progressively getting worse. I saw Josh for dry needling in March and he sent me home with a list of stretches and small workouts. I revisited Josh in June and had gained significant flexibility. “This location offers pelvic floor physical therapy on Tuesdays and Fridays. I was able to call to schedule an appointment and set up my initial evaluation for a few days after. This was a really quick turn around time compared to other locations/clinics in the city (most were 2-3+months out when I was looking in October). Insurance and intake information was collected over the phone because I was new to the network. Prior to my appointment, I received text and email reminders where I could complete all the usual intake forms. The online system was really simple to navigate. The facility is connected to the YMCA, with its own clearly marked entrance and dedicated parking for Franciscan visitors. Check in on the second floor with the receptionist is easy (she always makes sure I uploaded my car license plate so I wasn't charged for parking) and there is a seated area. All my sessions began on time. The pelvic floor physical therapist was thorough, tailored programing to my needs, and always ensured we worked toward my goals. I really could not recommend this service more, I am so happy with results and the service! My insurance was always billed in a timely manner.“
