Higgins was set to be part of their “family.” Always a great experience…staff knows his name and his personality….and give him love always. Higgins lives at Puppy Playground when we travel besides social play times while we’re hom. Always returns happy! Cannot ask for a better surroundings for our 5 year old Clumber Spaniel! If he’s happy….we are happy!“

“We love City Way fountain square!! We saw Kellyn and Dr. Davidson today who were both awesome. The team is always knowledgeable, helpful, and thoughtful, and the place is super clean. They provide accurate cost estimates before starting services, and it’s easy and convenient to get meds there. The appointments are timed well so we never have to wait too long, and the exam is thorough but not too overstimulating for Cosmo. They give her lots of lickable treats and work with her comfort level without manhandling her too much. I’m lucky to have a cat who doesn’t get super freaked out at the vet, but Kellyn gave her some time to get comfortable and both she and the doctor gave her soooo much love :)“

“I took my 2 Bichon girls to Feelin-Groovy yesterday based on a good friend's recommendation. To me, a Groomer is like a Doctor or Hairdresser. I get attached and hate to change! But our previous groomer was not working out and it was time to move on. I drove over from Charlotte because I would rather drive than risk taking them to someone who would not be kind to them. When I dropped them off, I was terrified. One of my girls is 14.5 with severe arthritis. The biggest thing I need from a Groomer is a gentle hand with her, but I also want her to look cute. My 3 year old has a beautiful thick coat so I want to keep her in a true Bichon cut. I know I was asking a lot of questions when I dropped them off and I was frantically telling Jaclyn about their quirks and that they will run if they get off leash. I am sure they rolled their eyes when I left. I was a nervous wreck while they were gone. When I picked them up, I was so relieved to not only see how beautiful they looked, but to see them taken care of and in great spirits! They didn't even seem as exhausted as they normally are after grooming! I am so happy with them and so thankful to have found a wonderful Groomer! Thank you sooooo much for taking care of my babies!!!!!“

She really cares and asks a lot of questions to get to know you and the dog, and she really seems to have a way of making nervous babies more comfortable. We had only had our new dog for a few days and were nervous to get her groomed, but Britt made our girl very comfortable and made us very comfortable with leaving her for a bit as well.“
