When we met my first impression was, this guy looks like he knows what he's doing. He didn't let his first impression down, that guy knew what he was doing! He was courteous and knowlegable,and efficient! Did the job like he could do it with his eyes closed. It was perfect! Just what I wanted. When he was done, he cleaned up all his mess and it looked like he was never there.
