Easily the kindest and most polite customer service I've dealt with. I would stay with this company based on that alone. Vickie helped me and she was able to solve my issues quickly and calmly, she definitely went the extra mile and i needed that.
The customer service is pretty good! Ashley did exactly what was asked and accomplished the mission within Company Policies. Service fees for setting up network and Email address is steep, but I guess you have to read the fine print.
Everyone is great to work with. They are always willing to help every customer. If they do not know the answer, they will never stop until they find it. I highly recommend them for all IT and Printer needs!
