Took my 8 year old and 9 year old daughters to get their ears pierced for the first time. Experience was great from the moment we walked in the door. The front counter person was very welcoming and chatty with my daughters. When it came to the actual piercing, Jordan was great. He helped both my daughters understand what they were going to experince and even helped to calm their nerves. He took his time with them, didn't rush them in any way, and made 100% sure they were ready before he did anything. I would highly recommend Jordan and Irish Ink to anyone.
Walked in without an appointment today and saw Jordan. He was absolutely wonderful! I had concerns in regards to my nose piercing (done @ home, not by Irish Ink) and he looked at it and gave me a couple options - leave it alone or switch it out. I had cut the stem myself because it was too long and touching the inside of my nose and then I cut it too short causing the post to try and go inside my nose. In the end, I chose to switch it out. I never felt a thing.

They were super great with my new ear piercing. Didn't hurt. Very informative. Nice atmosphere and clean. Tech was extremely nice and also quick. They also were the best price...I called 4 different stores and just so happened to stop at this one on the way home from something and that was a nice added surprise.
