I used to think massage is something you get for a special occasion. I was feeling fancy so I booked 60 minutes with Vanessa and had an eye-opening experience. When I mentioned cervical spine pain during our intake convo, she suggested that we try a myofascial release massage. I didn't know what that was, so she talked me through it and showed me some clinical studies that support the treatment. I have been a couple times! I cannot recommend InnerLight Therapeutics enough! Not only did I walk away each time in a much better physical state than when I went in, I also felt much more centered emotionally and mentally. Vanessa is very caring when it comes to providing a positive and peaceful environment. This isn't just another \"go through the motions\" massage therapy session. The therapist at this studio is amazing at various types of massage and makes you feel very welcome, cared for, and safe. I highly recommend you use her for all of your therapy needs. She is very professional and takes her craft seriously. I couldn't recommend her enough.
