Richard provided the analysis, determined the cause and prescribed the correction. Then he offered the estimate, all in a friendly manner. Doug, the office assistant, stayed in contact with us throughout. Bobby arrived and did the actual work of repair, finishing in less than a day and ahead of expected rain. We are very satisfied with the work done, and expect to have this firm do the inside repair associated with the roof leak, as well. We recommend them to you without reservation.“
