Came to this location about 3 weeks ago because the hairstylist I used to take my son to, left. It was the day before school pictures and my 15 year old's hair was so long. He was extremely apprehensive about getting his hair cut here because several different Great Clips have messed his hair up pretty bad. (He doesn't even get a difficult style).His haircut only took about 4.5 minutes. It looked okay but I could tell he was not thrilled with it. Once we left we saw their were pieces behind his ears that were never cut. First, they answer their phone. I've gone to high-end salons who do not and it's near impossible to talk to anyone. Second, the are friendly and courteous. Third, Ali gives a great haircut and is an active listener while I babble on and on.?

I didn’t catch the woman’s name that cut my sons hair but she did an amazing job and was very patient with my son throughout the entire cut.Even though my son was fighting it the entire time,She didn’t get upset or mad one time. And was very nice and gentle to him. 10/10Service: Kids' cuts
