We employed GatorGuard to seal our basement. The installers James and Tanner were professional and courteous throughout their time on site. The basement area was substantial and the two did not seem to rush the process, taking their time and the results show. The finished product looks great and shows the time our installers took to do it right with care. I would recommend giving GatorGuard an opportunity to bid similar jobs. We chose them due to product's properties and would recommend them based on the quality of service we received during their installation. If my experience changes over time I will be sure to return to this review with an update.
We installed Gator Guard flooring in our garage in 2023. Since then, we had a very small area just a few inches outside of our garage door that needed refinished. After calling their office and speaking to their office manager, Aeriel Jones, we were put on their schedule & two of their staff returned and repaired that area, which was covered by their warranty. We have made several improvements to our home but none have been better than installing Gator Guard in our garage!! Great conversation at the Home Show, we spoke to many different garage restoration contractors and Gator Guard was the the most professional and detailed of them all.
The two day work was great and they came back and moved everything back into the garage.
