Very detail-oriented and has many years of expertise! From the roof to the foundation, Lou covered it all. Answered any and all questions I had and took the time to explain things to me, if necessary. Would highly recommend this service!

Lou inspected two houses for my wife and I when we were searching for our first home. He was very patient, knowledgeable, and thorough in his inspection and reporting of the issues. He clearly stated what was good, bad, and really bad in his report. Lou was on-time to all of our appointments and was very professional. We were looking at houses in the Broad Ripple area which come with there list of issues since they are older homes.
