My boyfriend and I recently had a home inspection completed by Jake at Cornerstone Inspection Services and I would highly recommend their business. The inspection was scheduled for 9 AM and within about 2 hours, we had a full 26 page inspection report with a description of issues to include pictures and recommendations on what needed to be addressed. They break down if it is major issues or general issues, etc so it is easier for an inexperienced new home buyer to understand. We had a home inspector from Cornerstone come out for inspections on two different houses. We were interested in purchasing an older home in the Indy area, so we knew that a good inspector was very important.Each inspection was thorough and careful, and we were very pleased with the information they gave us. On the house we finally bought, I want to point out one issue that the inspector noticed that our electrician said that almost no inspectors notice.
