Dave was great! Very thorough and professional. He was happy to answer our questions. He explained the urgent matters that weren't up to code and things that needed to be taken care of sooner than later. Highly recommend!!!

I have now used Indy Pro Inspection Service twice now for home purchases and I cannot say enough good things. Carl is efficient, knowledgeable, and goes above and beyond to also educate you as a buyer. his thorough documentation and attention to details is well worth it.

Indy Pro Inspection service was founded by a professional with a passion. David Maudlin began his journey in home inspections in 1999. He was mentored by one of the most knowledgeable and well known inspectors of the time, and trained under several of the greatest inspectors in the region. His desire to share his knowledge and passion for the investigative nature of home inspections led to the creation of Indy Pro Inspection Service, inc. in 2010.
