Derek was absolutely amazing for our new home inspection. My husband and I were there during the inspection, and he would take his time explaining things he noticed and would make sure to answer any questions we had. After the inspection itself he provided us a very detailed report and walked us through it. Oh i forgot to mention he was available on a quick turnaround for us. We could not have asked for a better inspector and would suggest Indy Pro Services again and again.

Dave came out to inspect trusses in our attic that are causing a crooked ceiling. He did a great job. Dave is very knowledgeable and took his time to answer all of my questions and concerns. I will definitely use them if we're in need of an inspection.
