Eskenazi Health Center Westside

I have 3 doctors at the west side center and I love it here! Everyone here is amazing. The front desk staff are always friendly and eager to check you in. They make you feel more like family not just a patient..And I love my Nurse (she works with Dr. Dryden). She is a great representation of eskenazi. Thats my girl!!! She gives me my weekly B12 injection & I dont even feel it.. Because of her I actually look forward to my appointments.

Pretty good experience-the staff was nice and efficient. It was pretty well organized and cleaned and the only complaint I would really have is that sometimes the wait time is a little too long for what I prefer to wait before my doctor's appointment ☺️

My daughter is 16yrs old and I've been going to Westside since before she came in to this world. They're not what they used to be. My kids still have the same doctor and she is great that is what my 2 stars are for but
before we see her or even try to get appointment with her, it is a fight everytime I call for an appointment.

Update- since my last review things have changed and staff have changed as well. The front desk staff has improved greatly. How they receive their patients and how they talk to them as well. Nurses have been way better and I would definitely recommend. I still have the same doctor for my kids now for 25 yrs.
