I got the 1 month board and training program. First off, when you walk in it's quiet. The dogs aren't barking. Secondly it smells nice. Not at all like their's a bunch of dogs there. Thirdly, the 2 different staff members I interacted with were very polite, professional and really know their business. I dropped my female German Shepherd off who is 1 year old today, 1 week ago today and she was a little bit confused and maybe frigtened of her new surroundings and people. 1 week later, she's happy, calm and learning. Our experience at Big and Small Paws 317 were and still are A-1, when we first took Saint our pitbull to Big and Small Paws he fit right in perfect from day one of just taking him to see how he would act. He likes going there, He has his own space when we go out of town. We drop him off for 3-4 days he knows where hes going when we get his red leash that was given to him. I would recommend Big and Small Paws 317 to anyone that is looking for premium puppy care daycare boarding training you name it whatever you need they have and I highly recommend..
We could not be more impressed with the skill and care of the team at Big N Small Paws. Our dog is 7 years old and they indeed have taught our old dog new tricks! We were struggling with reactivity and barking, and it’s truly like we have a new dog now. We were actually all stunned when she came home from her 2 week boarding - it actually worked! Would recommend this team to anyone needing help with training their dog.
