While the store layout is straightforward, with dog and cat products on separate sides, some customers have encountered issues. The staff is described as helpful and welcoming. Groomers are known to give the best cut and take great care of pets. However, some scheduling issues have occurred, though staff will apologize and work to take care of customers.
The employees are very nice and helpful. 😇👍 I usually order online and pick up at the store, but this time they had a special on same-day delivery. 📦🚚 I'm not doing that ever again. 😠😡 The driver left all my cat food under the sun, so I had to go to the store to exchange everything. ☀🥵 I don't feel good giving that to my cat after it sat under the sun for four hours. 🐱😿 The employee understood perfectly. 😌😊 I think DoorDash did the delivery, so this is a mixed review: 0 stars for DoorDash and 5 stars for PetSmart employees. 🌟⭐ I'll keep buying here but never get...read full review
I really love the people at this store. They are all nice and my dogs love getting washed there. The price for a bath is very pocket friendly and they thoroughly clean your dog. I had Helios and Bri. Everyone is good though. Definitely adding them to our 4 dogs cleaning routines.
Ms. Precious is the one , best groomer for my dog. Last time when I got my dog Rocky , I was not satisfied with his grooming. I came back again next day to get it corrected, and ms. Precious again showed up , and beautifully gave the same finishing as she did few months ago for Rocky. In future I will only take appt with only ms precious
