Daycare and grooming services are available, with the option to watch pets through cameras. The training program is particularly praised, with trainers like Olivia and Bre being recognized for their knowledge and genuine love for helping pets. Many owners have noticed the cleanliness of the facility, as their pets have not gotten sick. However, some issues have been reported with overnight boarding, including delayed feeding and potential stress caused by certain procedures. Additionally, some customers have expressed concerns about the amount of water their pets drink after pickup, raising questions about hydration during playtime.
We had our 14 yr old lab at Barkafellers. He is high maintenance due to arthritis, age, and a cancer survivor. I can’t thank the staff and especially Jenny and Tracey for taking such good care of him. Jenny made sure he ate and had his meds. Tracey went to his suite to do his nails. He takes a lot of meds and is difficult to get to eat. Thank you Barkafellers. Over and above my expectations.

I dropped my dog off to the groomer today, and I cannot say enough good things about Grace. She was patient with my needy husky, and took the time to work with him on HIS schedule. :) She communicated with me during the appointment to update me on his status and followed up with me after we left with a few things she noticed on him while she was grooming him. I appreciate the care and patience she had with Jack while she worked to make him feel good again! Thank you, Grace!
