However, phone service and too few providers are big problems, with patients rarely getting in less than a week and often being told to go to prompt care or the ER.
I found the office staff to be warm, welcoming, and friendly. There was no paperwork to complete since I had pre-registered online. The medical assistant was friendly and asked the appropriate questions, making sure my medicine list was accurate and up-to-date. Dr. Sood was Friendly and knowledgeable of my past medical history. She performed an appropriate history and examination and laid out a clear medical plan going forward. Overall I was very impressed with the care I received at my visit.
New patient visit. Dr Very professional and was very knowledgeable about my previous issues. Staff very nice and efficient.Did not have to wait any time , was seen right away. Would definitely recommend this Practice as a new patient.!!
I loved Amira Evans. She was very knowledgable and personable. Sorry to see her go. The big problems there are that phone service, and too few providers.. I can rarely get in less than a week. Usually am told to just go to prompt care of some kind, or ER. That is not why I have a family doctor.
