The gym is always a welcoming environment and the space is always kept cleaned. Not just that, but the staff is amazing and my trainer Jaeden helps me feel like I am doing my best during my semi-private sessions.Everyone is friendly, but especially Jamie and Andrea! They’re the ones who usually help with our progress reports and check ins, to make sure I stay on track. The owner, Adam, lives and breathes the same lifestyle that is encouraged and influenced. His energy is unmatched, he walks in with a smile every time!! Even my son is a big fan and working out with mom has helped his self confidence. What a great gym! It’s a perfect place for people who don’t like the big box workout facilities (AKA meat markets). You’ll feel comfortable here and the staff is always pleasant. Many thanks to the young man who called me with a reminder to get back in there. I think his name is Cory.
