We’ve been going to Dr. Katie for 14 years now. She’s amazing! I would follow her anywhere! Anytime I have concerns with my children she actually listens and goes above and beyond to resolve the issues. I trust nobody else with my babies. I wish it was the way it before the change. Some of the nurse are definitely new and seem to be impatient and passive aggressive. Same when booking an appt . Nobody wants to deal with negativity trying to book an appointment or talking to a nurse over a concern. Not all staff, but a handful.

Autumn (at the front desk) went above & beyond to help assist me as a walk-in. The office was busy/had a lot going on, yet she was we still communicative, kind & helpful, even without me having a set appt. Thank you!!

Been a patient here for years. Kendall has been my family doctor since I was 16, even before she moved to this building. She’s seen me through mental health crisis, new diagnosis, you name it. She’s truly a wonderful human, believed me everytime. Dr. Sanderson delivered by little one and caught potentially serious complications before they got there. Had to end up inducing and he never made me feel panicked. Dr. Katie is his pediatrician, and always take real care of every kid. Believes and supports the parents and is quick to bring in help and expertise as soon as it’s needed. From beginning to the end of walking in here the staff is amazing.
