Have been extremely happy with my care from Dr. Kousourou. He listens, is patient, covers every single base and explains in detail. I never felt rushed or as if my issues were of no importance.
IIMC has lost out on a great physician.

As with many other health care facilities in the U.S they advertise that they are accepting NEW patients when in fact they cannot handle the patients they currently have.
It’s usually easy to set up an appointment for a scheduled Medicare appointment with your doctor but if you need to see a doctor outside of that appointment date it is almost impossible. One must live with a medical issue until it gets worth then go to an emergency care center.
I have been using Dr. S. Vyas as my primary care doctor since the beginning and he is the best. It’s just almost impossible to see him ( or any doctor)should something come up that may prevent something from getting worse.

Giving a 2 because Dr. Kerner is very sweet and always nice, however, I have noticed new front desk workers and new nurses who are not welcoming and friendly. I’ve always had a good experience until now.
