As with many other health care facilities in the U.S they advertise that they are accepting NEW patients when in fact they cannot handle the patients they currently have.
It’s usually easy to set up an appointment for a scheduled Medicare appointment with your doctor but if you need to see a doctor outside of that appointment date it is almost impossible. One must live with a medical issue until it gets worth then go to an emergency care center.
I have been using Dr. S. Vyas as my primary care doctor since the beginning and he is the best. It’s just almost impossible to see him ( or any doctor)should something come up that may prevent something from getting...read full review
Giving a 2 because Dr. Kerner is very sweet and always nice, however, I have noticed new front desk workers and new nurses who are not welcoming and friendly. I’ve always had a good experience until now.
On line pharmacy claims you guys never call them back. They evidently don't have the time to wait through your exhaustive call tree. I've become accustomed to this from your offices but it certainly goes to inefficient business practices. Your patients have to play an unreasonable game of phone tag. I also have noted that your reviews have been steadily going down over the past three years. Imagine my shock. Maybe fix this problem first. Or will you also be sending me a letter of your intent to vacate me ss a patient as you have apparently done with others who make you actually do the work. Again...I'm shocked.
