Took care of my 80 lb labradoodle (Teddy). By far the best cut I have gotten from any groomer in the Granger area. Extremely appreciate that they get your family member right in and cut versus leaving them caged for hours.
This spa was part of the shelter where I adopted the love of my life. I tried other groomers, but he preferred this spa. He is the best behaved here. I think this may be the only groomer he ever had, having his matted body when he came to the shelter. I tell him he is going to visit his friends. I think he believes me.
I could not recommend Serenity more highly. I have a rescue pup who is fearful of most people and he absolutely loves spending time with the Serenity crew. It feels awesome to have a place we can leave him when we’re out of town where I know he is getting calm rest, snuggles and playtime with “his people”. The team is so thoughtful about accommodating his behavioral needs, from making sure he has a calm drop-off pickup without having to interact with strangers, to expertly introducing him to new team members at a pace that works for him.
