Just purchased an Eddie Bauer Summit Series 3210 RL 5th wheel at the Louisville Boat and RV show in February 2026. We just went camping last week and enjoyed learning about our new purchase. No buyers regret and so very happy with our decision! While camping, I joined the Eddie Bauer/Dutchmen Facebook page and immediately was contacted. My questions were answered in real time and we felt so supported as we figure out the ins and out of our new 5th wheel. Just wanted to share our experience. This kind of customer service is hard to find.

My husband and I just returned from a Dutchmen Owners Rally. We are proud owners of our 2nd Kodiak Travel Trailer and could not be happier with our rig. We’ve had a few warranty repairs done on the rig with no issues. There were repair persons on sight at the rally and corrected a couple of other issues and noted that the repairs done, were to help improve quality issues in future builds.

After numerous calls to Forest River and another big company, my wife and I were beginning to think we would not get to tour an RV factory. However- when we called DUTCHMAN MANUFACTURING, I was able to talk to a gal on the phone who was happy to make us an appointment for the next morning. Steve Sobowiak is a regional sales manager who gave us quite an education. He showed us four different towable trailers in various stages of construction.
