“The clinic is now NW Pain and wellness,they are not a Urgent care clinic anymore.But if you need it for it now being a pain clinic they are great.The staff is friendly and then Dr. and NP.nurse are very knowledgeable and take their time to hear your consurnes and make sure you are well taken care off.“

“The doctor, staff, and receptionists are all super friendly and understanding. Every MA/Nurse I encountered were very patient and the Doctor definitely put me at ease.

The wait was pretty crazy, I think I waited for about 2.5 hours - but once I was called back, I had great service from all involved.

From what I was told, they were very understaffed today in particular - and when I was in my room I could hear each MA running around trying to help eachother - so I believe that.

Overall, it wasn’t a bad experience, just a bit frustrating with the wait. Definitely would give it another try“
