Installers, Miguel Jr and Miguel Sr, did a fantastic job. Out raised deck created a challenge in weight having to walk the 20' Sunsetter awning up a flight of stairs. They tackled it flawlessly. Great work ethic and a terrific product. Very happy.
Installed the Sunsetter awning. All the work was done very professionally. The crew was very personable and explained the instillation and operation. They cleaned up everything and left everything else as it was. Overall a very good experience.
We're very happy with the installation and quality of the retractable awning with LED lighting and remote control. One minor thing that makes my rating a 4 rather than a 5 is the handling of the power cord. I thought it might have been better concealed; but it's hidden from the street so not a huge deal.
