Quality Cooling & Heating provides great company and service. Techs were all awesome during an unexpected plumbing malfunction, and the staff, from schedulers to technicians, is kind and respectful. They communicated very well through the whole process and worked around schedules. A technician was quick, efficient, courteous, and honest, and customers were kept up to date on arrival times and who the technician would be. The company explained all options and steps thoroughly, and the install techs were professional and competent. They offered same-day service due to a cancellation, sent notification texts and a picture of the service tech, and were polite on the phone. Highly recommended.
Tech was amazing. He was quick, efficient, courteous and most importantly was honest. That’s what you want from a company and who they hire. I loved that we were kept up to date on when they would be here and who our technician would be. This is the second time we have used them and it won’t be the last. We also had a tankless water heater put in by them and have loved it!

Techs were all awesome when we had an unexpected plumbing malfunction recently. This is the second time I’ve called this company for a plumbing issue. Every member of their staff (schedulers, technicians- everyone) is so kind and respectful, and I feel very comfortable letting them into my home, which means a lot! Highly recommend this company.
