The existing HVAC system in a recently purchased home was causing a 20 degree temperature difference between the main floor and upstairs. Winters was hired and promptly identified numerous issues with the system. They installed new ducting, returns, and a zoning system. Thanks to their expertise the home is now comfortable and the floors are within 1-3 degrees!! They are highly professional and responsive. Would recommend Winters for a new HVAC install, HVAC issues, or ongoing maintenance.
UPDATE:
We’re still in renovation mode with this house and when fall arrived we turned the furnace on - but no heat! I called Winters right away! From the super-nice woman I talked with on the phone (her name Amy or Erin?) to the repair professional, Will, I could not have asked for better, friendlier or more reasonable service. Turns out we’d created a short between the furnace and thermostat during the renovations. Will found it right away and rewired it so it no longer comes up through the floor and over the 8” baseboard.
