Jacob came out to evaluate our furnace as a third opinion and did an amazing job. He went through every step of the process, making sure we understood what is going on with our system, what needs work and why. He explained all our options and the costs and wasn't the least bit pushy or difficult. None of the other companies we have dealt with in 5 years in this house have been as professional or as thorough. When the time comes we will call Armored to have Jacob back to handle things.

From beginning to end this was a great experience. Starting with a timely estimate the day after I called and being presented with choices designed to meet our individual needs and easy finance options and ending with a professional installation on a day we chose ahead of time. We never felt pressured to buy but felt all of our questions were answered and the options met and exceeded our expectations. The quality of the equipment was great and the pricing reflected a great value.
