Karpet America are great flooring installers. They are easy to work with, professional, and hardworking. The team shows up on time and completes projects in a timely manner, often within a day or two. They handle personal belongings with care, work very efficiently, and are clean, sweeping up and cleaning up after themselves nicely. Customers report a smooth installation and excellent job on flooring projects at a reasonable price. Communication is top notch with a quick response time. The buying process involves no pressure, with helpful and knowledgeable service. They are highly recommended to family and friends, with customers stating they would definitely use them again and have them back 100%.

Not only did team work around us being in the house with our kids and dog during installation, but they did all of that while still taking their time to make sure it was installed right. They didn't rush through the flooring and try to get it done within a certain time frame to just move on to the next job. They came with a plan, had ideas on how it would look best and asked questions along the way. They paid attention to every detail and truly care about what you want and need as a customer.

The installation team did a great job, and the finished floors look amazing. What really stood out was the communication throughout the project. Austin was great to work with, responsive, professional, and always willing to answer questions.
