UPDATE! I'm happy to say that this issue has been resolved to my satisfaction. Bill was very apologetic and I now would be happy to recommend him. Warning! Do not use this company for your gutters! We paid them over $2000.00 to repair and clean our gutters within the last 60 days. I was sleeping better at night thinking that we wouod not have water falling from the sides of our gutters and leaking into our basement. During this last heavy rain I discovered water shooting from a plugged downspout and flowing over the side of our house. First, I NEVER write one of these, but in this case I must say **** is such a reliable, conscieintious and HONEST businessman and worker that it bears mention! He knows what he is talking about, gives you the truth and gives it to you straight without tryiing to rip you off with frivolous extra unnecessary work and is great to work with. He is someone you can **************-up is done after the work is finished. Believe me, I had a number of others come just for an opinon and estimate before I found FW Gutter Cleaning Service so kudos to him and his business! I highly recommend.
