Overcharged, billing was not submitted to my insurance on file, and the domain to pay my bill appears to have not been renewed. All around poor billing practices. It seems they would want their money, but apparently not.

She took my card number but didn't enter it as I was giving it; I could hear the keyboard when she finally did enter it! I highly suspect that she wrote it down first THEN entered it. Red flag for credit card scam!

Awful billing. Fought for a year to get them to bill correctly and they never did. Had another incidence that my first bill was a “final bill before collections”. Asked for an actual statement instead of the balance forward bill they send. Never got it. Parkview needs to change companies.
