Carter has cut my hair since my mom stopped doing it for me, and Carter remains the standard by which all other haircuts are measured. So far I haven't found any better anywhere else I've been outside of the Bloomington area.
My husband has trusted Carter for the last 20 plus years with his hair. He drives from Greenwood to Carter every 3months or so. Carter is very professional and knows his stuff, his shop is very clean and well organized. Plus he talks smart sports. We highly recommend Carter. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
