I've tried several different barbershops in Bloomington, and this is the best. You get a good haircut for a good price from friendly people. Besides being the most relaxing environment of any barbershop I've been to, you'll get a good haircut here more reliably than any other place.
Perhaps this is a strange criterion to use, but some barbershops in town will try to make your hair into an art project--I'm sure these barbers could do something creative (they're certainly skilled enough), but if you ask for a normal haircut, you'll get a normal haircut. That's honestly really nice.
