Ultra-Fab stands behind their lifetime warranty! Sent me a replacement on a 10-year-old wheel chock the same day I inquired. Great customer service. I will buy more of their products.

Absolutely a great company with great products. I have an Ultra 4000 Electric jack, and it is by far one of the best Jacks on the market. It's hard to find a company that stands by their product these days. But Ultra-Fab is one of those companies.

What fantastic service! We were having trouble with a jack we purchased last year. One quick email and the replace/return process was started! Received what we needed within 1 week (right as we were packing for camping)! Highly recommend this company!!
