Bought an Ultra Fab weight Distributing hitch and sway control for my new single axle travel trailer in 2017. This year, 2021, I had a "China bomb" blowout on the right side trailer tire at 65 mph. Because of this hitch setup, there was no sway, no loss of control, just a smooth slowdown to an exit ramp.I highly recommend Ultra Fab products!

I purchased a Phoenix 4000 jack. 3 months after I purchased it, all the buttons went haywire. I couldn't understand why they were working weird, or not at all. I email Ultra-fab and told them about my problem. Randy Clay emailed me back with the proper diagnosis and solution to what my issue was. A little set screw came loose from a magnet inside. Super simple and quick fix. I'm really glad I didn't need to send it to them or anything like that. I love this Jack. Job well done Ultra-Fab Products!!
