Friendly, efficient, and fast loading.Unfortunately, the broker ghosted us on the 1000 mile, next morning delivery on payment. Proper vetting and judicial follow up by the Army IG will never take place. Would work with AM General on deliveries on a weekly basis if they could rein in these fraudulent brokers that they work through.
Had an appointment time at 5am even tho I don't think they go by appointment. Got to the guard shack and they were super nice. Signed in and told me to go to dock 3. Follow signs. Then at dock 3 they told me to go to dock 4 which is almost going back to the front to guard shack. I was unloaded within 25 min and I was gone. Their is like 2 spots for overnight parking at the entrance before guard shack which I saw 2 trucks there already by fence line. Wouldn't recommend counting on those 2 spaces being empty if your thinking about over night parking. Hope this helps some fellow trucker.
