Fcfs..no appt. But might ask for bol#. They open at 8am. Backing in take it slow as the downgrade to back into the dock comes right on the bottom of your sidekicks like mine. Other than that it's good.
Have been waiting since October 2021 for a part on our dometic fridge that went out after 1 month! You would think that they would replace the entire fridge but instead we have been waiting for months with no end in sight or even a delivery date!
