I went to Spectrum to pick out my next pair of glasses because they accept my particular vision insurance. I am so glad I did! Every staff member I encountered was beyond pleasant and helpful, from the receptionists to the opticians. It took me an hour to finally choose the frame I liked best, but Marcy was so patient and enthusiastic about making sure I was completely happy with what I chose...even though she was the one that would be cleaning (Nice!) and placing them back out on the displays. (Yes, there's a LOT of choices!)
