As a Newmar Essex owner I have had a great experience with Master Tech RV. In spite of how busy they are they work very hard to be accomodating and communicate as best they can with the customer. Collin Borkholde was just outstanding as the customer service coordinator and the front line in working with the customer and technician. He has deep technical knowledge with Newmar coaches and troubleshoots with the customer to understand the problems. In my case my HWH slides and Oasis were both having issues. As with most RV'ers who need help with their RV. I was in a bind with my Newman and needed immediate assistance. I called into Master Tech and was immediately sent to a tech who knew my model coach. We tried to troubleshoot over the phone. Very proactive. None of the solutions worked. He asked how far away I was and if I could make it in before they closed. I headed that way! And as soon as I pulled in, the tech, Jason got after it! 2 hours later, problem was diagnosed and the problem taken care of. The parts I needed to keep moving were in stock! Great place. Top-notch shop and service; I was late getting to my appointment due to brake issues. They still jumped right on it and got us fixed up, I had to get an Air Force One regulator installed, and it did not come with the right connections for my twin screw. They were able to make up an even better setup, and I will use this shop again; in fact, I will install the Invincible roof so I don't have to worry about sealant failures. Thank you, guys, for a good service experience!
