Purchased a Coleman 63203 Airxcel 8330-3362 T-Stat Wall Digital Heat/Cool for 5th wheel and cool/off/heat switch failed - if not in an exact position the AC would not turn on. Item was purchased thru Amazon on 24 Apr 19 and I use camper for TDY work so it was only used for about 6 months. I emailed before store opened and spoke with tech support shortly after they opened. When I hung up the phone, I had an email from with both saying they would replace the t-stat. Thanks Eric and Dale for great customer support and replacing the bad t-stat.
