We decided to try Certified RV Repair due to the good reviews and that they are associated with an RV manufacturer. We figured they would have better knowledge and access to parts.
Fortunately we were right! We had several maintenance issues they were able to do on the first day. But our kitchen slide out was another story. The entire mechanism including motors and cables needed to be replaced and BAL/Norco had recently changed to new, heavier-duty system and they weren’t available for three weeks.

After leaving Jayco Factory this morning after having 2 days of work done, we rolled down the window to take a toll ticket and the window would not go back up. We were blessed to find Certified RV Repair on Google within 6 miles where Brandon (Certified RV Tech) and Shanon (service advisor) were our saving grace and got it rolled up. We were told it is a Freight Liner electrical box in the door. He was able to rule out the motor and stated it was an electrical issue in the door.
They were quick to assist us and get us back on the road to Long Island
