Had an issue that was caused by a HVAC technician and Matt from Towne came out on extremely short notice and did a full inspection and quote the same day. Was very polite and very thorough. He scheduled techs for the next morning to come out and start the water damage mitigation process so that no mold would grow. Everything from start to finish was very smooth and I would highly recommend them if you ever have any issues with water damage.

If I could give them 10 stars I would. When our sump pump failed and our finished basement flooded, they were out within 24 hours and removed the carpet that was saturated the worst, pulled up the baseboards, cut a portion of the drywall to inspect for mold, set up floor driers, dehumidifier and came back on a Sunday to finish removing the carpet and remove their equipment after they made sure everything was dry and ready for our next step in getting the basement repaired. Amy was available for any questions, mad arrangements for Russ to call and he came over right away to inspect the damage and make sure we had what was needed to dry out our basement.
