We had a toilet overflow for 4 hours while we were not home one friday, late afternoon . Our insurance company recommended Towne and they were out within a half hour to start getting all the water up that had gone through 3 levels. Kyle and Emilio were the ones that came out and got all the fans and dehumidifers set up and cleaned up the water the best they could that night. They were great !! Kyle explained everything in detail and made sure we understood what they were doing initially and what the next steps would be. I've never had to deal with an insurance claim this big before and certainly never had to do anything with water restoration or mold remediation. From day one, the crew at Towne have been absolute rockstars in working with me and my claims adjuster. EVERYONE has been super respectful, have walked me through literally anything I had questions about and treated my home as if it was theirs. I have to give an extra special shoutout to their techs Kyle and Emilio, who just went above and beyond for me at every step. Recently we had a serious sewage backup in our church which flooded 5 rooms - it was very bad and smelly! Within an hour of calling Towne, a crew was here documenting and then starting the cleanup. A few hours later, the liquid was cleaned up with fans and dehumidifiers in place. Because we had raw sewage on the floors, cleanup, and sanitizing needed to take place immediately - it happened! Throughout the next 4 days, fans and dehumidifiers worked 24/7 while the crews removed sewage soaked walls and carpet and the completed the sanitizing. Everything dried out and smells were gone!
